iLite & 2 i-Series 2010 Season Ticket

• Includes: 2 Main i-series of 2010 (i39, i40 or i41) and i-Lite
• Cost: A mere £180 including Free EAS.

• i39: 2-5 April 2010 (Easter Bank Holiday)
• i-Lite June: 18-21 June 2010

How to Buy or Upgrade

Option 1 – By Phone:

1. First make sure you have your Multiplay username to hand or a previous event booking reference so we can identify you.
2. Call us at the office on 0845 868 1337 between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday and you can pay over the phone with a major debit/credit card. Note that credit cards incur a 3% credit card surcharge but there is no charge for debit cards. We unfortunately do not accept AMEX.
3. Relax knowing that your i-series events are all sorted out!

Option 2 – By PayPal:

1. The amount to send is £249.60 for a Full 2010 Season Ticket, £208.00 for the “Big Ones” Season Ticket or £187.20 for the i-Lite plus two. This includes a 4% surcharge to cover the PayPal fees.
2. Send the amount due to sales@multiplay.co.uk ensuring you give us information to identify you. This can be a previous event booking reference or your Multiplay username.
3. Sit back and await our customer services team to process your PayPal payment. You will receive an email confirmation when it is done.
4. Gloat to your friends that you have sorted all your bookings for the i-Series this year and will be getting seated before them :p.

Note that you can use AMEX through PayPal for those reward-point hunters out there!

Already Bought i39 and want to Upgrade?

Please raise a support ticket @ http://support.multiplay.co.uk in the Event Enquiries queue, giving details of which ticket you want to buy and your i39 booking reference. We will then work out the difference between what you have paid and what the Season Ticket would have cost you and arrange payment with you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is this really cheaper that buying during Early Bird?

Yes very much so. It is £84 cheaper on the 4-event ticket and £61 cheaper using the main event ticket.

Q: What if I can’t attend an event? Do you do “buy back” like with football season tickets?

Yes we will offer a “buy back” option in the eventuality that an event sells out, you are unable to make it, and we can resell your space. This is much like our standard cancellation policy and similar to the buy back option offered by many football clubs for season tickets.

As an example, if you bought the full season ticket, i39 sold outand you found you are unable to attend, if we were able to resell your seat we would refund you the pro-rata amount. This would amount to £240 * 90 / 330 = £65.45. This is the amount paid multiplied by the proportion of the annual cost that i39 makes up.

Q: What about Gold or Silver members of the i-Series loyalty programme?

This is an exceptional deal based on paying up front for several events that is available to all our customers. Gold and Silver members are welcome to take advantage of it and save even more than they would do if enjoying their regular discount. This offer excludes all other discounts and offers, as you would expect at the insane pricing!
